About Elstree-Con

Elstree-Con is an independent Star Wars and sci-fi convention based in Hertfordshire, bringing together fans, collectors, cosplayers, traders and creators for a fun and welcoming community event.

Created with a focus on atmosphere and accessibility, Elstree-Con blends classic convention experiences with interactive activities, themed displays and family-friendly entertainment. From cosplay groups and traders to retro gaming, prop displays and themed experiences, the event is designed to celebrate science fiction fandom in a relaxed and engaging environment.

Unlike many large commercial conventions, Elstree-Con places a strong emphasis on community, creativity and affordable entertainment, offering visitors a chance to enjoy a wide range of activities throughout the day.

Organised by Liberty Events UK, the team behind Elstree-Con has been running independent events and community entertainment experiences for over 10 years, continuing to grow as part of Hertfordshire’s independent fan convention scene.
